At A2Z we believe that learning and development plays an important contribution in raising the profile of security personnel and standards within the industry. Learning and development is an industry in its own right and requires just as much professionalism as any other industry.

Many people who claim to be trainers have no formal qualifications and have not undertaken any training in learning and development. With the advent of nationally recognized qualifications in the security industry it is essential that the trainers are themselves qualified as trainers. It is equally important that trainers within the industry continuously develop themselves in order that they can develop others.

Our training courses can take trainers from the basics to advanced level. We can provide you with the qualifications you require under the SIA regulations to deliver SIA approved qualifications. If you wish to become an assessor or verifier we can take you through those qualifications. We are approved to deliver certificate and NVQ qualifications in learning and development.
